She did an excellent job of meeting me where I was, answering questions clearly, and helping me navigate everything with patience and professionalism. I truly appreciated her support.

Irina Petrik Rita Hawkins and her team are truly the BEST. What an outstanding professional! Rita works promptly, offers immediate solutions and always goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. To top it all off, she does it with a smile on her face. Such a fantastic human being. Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.

VICTOR LAHIRY I would rate them 5 stars. It was my first time doing a property insurance, Alon helped me with the best quote and the service. I had a bunch of questionaries been answered and Alons made everything done in a day. Definitely referable.

Big Bricks Josh over at wynn insurance has never failed me. I’ve not only gotten quotes for myself but have also sent numerous clients his way and he provides an excellent service and affordable rates. Great to have someone in the insurance world that actually cares. Highly recommended.
