Katongo Chama Horrible horrible experience Went to the ATM and had to use the bathroom and was denied. As a customer with accounts at Bank of America, this is a disgrace. It is understandable for people just walking off the street but if someone is in the business and using your services wow they should be ashamed.

Her smiling face and happy demenor always make such a world of difference. I left with a smile on my face and 2 little ducks in my pocket after an exchange asking how I was doing, and a reply of "oh, just ducky." She was a wonderfully bright spot in a cloudy day, and is an absolute gem of a person! Wonderful service, wonderful staff, wonderful experience!
