1 /5 Mr. Buttons: Had my card on file they never ran it. Moved and never got my mail in time showing my policy was canceling, yet I provided my updated address with Tonya when I moved. She never told me my policy was in jeopardy of canceling or lapsing. They couldnt be bothered to call me to inform me of what was happening, Carly Said if a customers policy is canceling or going to lapse its "Not a 911" for them to call the customer.
