1 /5 Roberto Salamanca: Poor communication, almost none. I received a letter of cancelation on home insurance even after house made inspection great. I called several times and finally was able to get someone on the phone who was not helpful at all. I told Christine I needed some sort af results on how to handle the situation before deadline. I told her I needed to know so I can take action and look for another company if needed, her a seer was " if that what you prefer to do I understand ! Is insane how after so many years, 3 vehicles and couple of houses thus is the way they show appreciation to your loyalty And yes, I will get another company. Thanks!

Last year my brand new suv was involved in a bad accident while in a snow storm and they completely took care of EVERYTHING for me. I didn’t have to do a single thing. She explains policies, differences in coverage, and changes very clearly, and has helped us find discounts that had been missed or suggested new ones. While the majority of our dealings have been with Kristina, we have worked with Aaron who was just as helpful so I dont mind recommending the entire agency, although we are biased towards Kristina. Getting insurance is not one peoples "Fun Stuff To Do" List, but this agency makes it very easy and painless!
