Julie Cooper The women who work here are phenomenal. I recently opened up a business checking account here and shortly after ran into a few road bumps along the way with the IRS and merchant services which led to much confusion and overwhelm on my part. Bonnie, Lisa, and Kathy were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me- helping me understand the process and how to correct the issue. It’s rare to find people in the customer service industry who genuinely care about others in this way. I feel grateful that I came here for my banking services. 10/10 recommend them.

scott nihart I just used Jameel for the second time since moving to the Lansing area. For both of the closings we were in a bit of a time crunch and Jameel delivered each time. I did shop around on both occasions and his rate and origination fees were always the best. He was quick to get back to me via email and I even received quick responses on the weekends. At both of the closings even the sellers agents commented on how impressed they were with how quickly he was able to get the loan processed. Chelsey Suggs I love PNC Bank. I have been banking with them for about nine years now and have never had a problem with them. Pam- is wonderful and any kind of affidavit or fraud that I happen to have in my account during the holidays etc. she has always been a delight helping me get to the bottom of my problem. I also love that they have a machine to distribute debit cards on site which is such a relief in itself. I would suggest banking at PNC on the corner of Ecorse in Monroe in Taylor Michigan to any of my friends or family.

Matt Poniatowski I have been working with Bank Of America online chat and phone support to resolve an issue that was resulting in unnecessary and unwarranted account management fees for almost a year. They were unable to solve and it was incredible frustrating.
