After speaking to him a couple of times I could tell he was sincere and understood various different investment strategies, wasnt just trying to sell me life insurance. The three ladies at the branch all tried to assist as one even went out in the bitter cold to help! Finally, after a half hour, one of the ladies was able to get it to work for him. This brings customer service to a whole new level! The staff there is always friendly and professional!
