5 /5 Matt Wheeler: It was an Absolute fantastic experience dealing with this branch. I’m new to lending and dealing with car loans but that was no issue here at all. Julie is the most helpful, professional, and understanding banker I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She walked me through the loan process step by step and helped me navigate through the seemingly difficult world of credit and banking. If I could rate this review 6 stars I would! And I would highly recommend her and the other wonderful staff here at CFCU Wixom to everyone.

4 /5 Bridget Wolter: I have been a member of the CFCU Wixom location for a couple of years now and it is fantastic, aside from one bankteller. He has been continually rude to me every time I have had him helping me out. I am a younger woman and I feel as though he does not respect me at all. I have noticed how differently he treats male customers, my dad included, who had this bank teller help him out through the drive thru while I was in the car and was treated significantly better than I usually am (I offer the same kindness as my dad). On my most current visit there I was depositing cash, and he made an incredibly passive aggressive comment about how all of my bills weren’t facing the right way, when I have come in there countless times before without having to do so and even if he wanted me to, there was definitely a nicer way of saying it. I apologized, and he said nothing. He then kept noticeably sighing which is so petty. I love this bank, and I think it’d be a better place for everyone if these concerns were brought to attention.

Went here since its a credit union and I already have a loan with them. Worked with Julie who was so kind and understanding about my situation. The whole process of getting the personal loan was fast and easy. Julie helped me so much and I am grateful for her service and for Community Financial. Im pleased with how my visit turned out. 5 /5 McGrath Colin: This is a little long overdue, And Its only late due to my life being a little hackdick and working and Trying to get into a new place to live. Few months back I went to Julie Over at the Wixom Michigan branch And let me just say she is the only person that I will trust to help me out with a new loan my personal financial situation or anything related to that regard. In terms of customer service from a bank she presents the highest achievement for that. But also in terms of a person, She is able to help you make the best financial decision possible And help you make a decision thats helpful for you beneficial for you and also doesnt negatively affect you. In terms of getting Advice from somebody on if you need a loan a new car even maybe a house loan or a personal loan, I wouldnt go to anybody else. She has done way more for me than I can thank her for. Ill be going to her within the next few months. And if this gets back to her, Thats great. Because corporate needs To know. Thank you Julie.
