(4 weeks) the employee even said, I have asked you everything except your blood type form.. so not sure where the delays come from, but the process was very frustrating to be just denied! I believe they could have known if I was approved or not approved within a week! Not 4 weeks. Have a list for the client for what’s needed instead asking for a new document every other day or week! A lot of unprofessionalism. I will never go to this company again or recommend them.. try to get a loan through a credit union or actual bank if possible. I didn’t try but going forward that will be my next step!

1 /5 S B: Absolutely. Disgusting company. Go to a credit union. first they cost me my job by calling my place of work asking for me to talk about my loan. Im not the owner and I didnt give them the number they looked it up from the name on my application. 2 Ive been trying to work with them for almost 5 months now. To figure out the title to my vehicle so I can get rid of it or they can pick it up. And they absolutely refuse to do anything to the point where theyre sending me to collections. Because I refuse to make payments until we figure out whats going on with the Van. Ive had multiple people hang up on me without any explanation. And the explanation that they give me is its their option whether they want to do anything with the vehicle or not. Well, its my option whether to pay you or not, so let it go to collections, thats fine. Itll be cheaper on me anyways, and once I pay it off.Ill have better credit than I did when I started with you

1 /5 Anita Schwartz: I called 3 days in a roll leaving a message which no one returned in the voice mail message it says "we care about your call" I think not. I called the one on Alpine they answered by the third ring took care of my question off the phone in thirty seconds, now that is how you handle a business the one on Byron Center Ave in Wyoming doesnt get it nor my business.

1 /5 Brian Seymour: Applied thru credit karma, outstanding odds.. went to their website pre-approved thru 2 different areas.. needed wrap up call ..Had appointment for that. They didnt call . Long story short I want to office they denied me came up with different excuses why they couldnt except my income which was way above required...Company that chooses who they want to do business with ..Not sure how this is equal opportunity.. If you look thru the reviews youll see 4-5 star company 4 years ago, last year only doing average 2 star reviews ..RED FLAGS ARE RED FLAGS!!!

5 /5 Carmen Tirado: I been with one main financial for 3 years,the interest are high but they approved a loan right away,plus,I open a account on Florida and the agents are very nice and understandable.❤️
