We found it refreshing when Steve did NOT talk down to us and explained fund options in easy to understand terminology and he made us feel comfortable. Anytime we call either he answers the phone or one of his assistance does. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If Steve is unavailable at that time, he always responds quickly. Steve Gussan Love this location very nice staff and they helped me out in every way they can my only problem is not in this location is with mortgage center they did not keep their promise Im having easy access to payments through the app and also not being able to check the payments through Zeal credit Union or knowing how much if it changed or when is it due or any other information that needed at the time it is very irritating every time I have to make the payment. I hope this problem gets resolved very soon
