5 /5 Milan Holland: Just wanted to say that Michigan legacy has been great to me. This morning I had a great phone call experience with with an employee named Catherine she was nice, polite, and very helpful. True professionalism.

1 /5 M: Think carefully before doing any kind of business with this credit union especially with their web portal. They charge fees for every single text for assistance. They charge ridiculous fees for any potential transaction or mistake with zero reconsideration or understanding. They do NOT make it easy to transfer funds in or out of their outdated systems. The cherry on top is them sticking with a vendor for credit card transactions on their payment page that continues to increase their fees for every transaction. I’d rather live in an HOA and pay higher mortgage rates than do business with this credit union again

5 /5 Karen Stahl: Katherine was the most polite friendly and professional assisting me with an error. When speaking with me she even suggested to stay on the phone while I logged into an account to make sure it worked properly. Thank you again for all your assistance. We need more like herbin customer service.

1 /5 Siarra Llyles: Incompetent is an understatement. I got called over the summer about fraudulent use of my credit card and they supposedly shut the card off and I told them I wasn’t interested in getting a new card because I found it unfair I’d have to pay $20 for a new one. I have since called on THREE different occasions to cancel the card and each time they promised it was done but somehow I’m still getting my monthly subscriptions charged to the card. I will be closing all my accounts and transferring my loans as I’m not dealing with the staff’s incompetence any longer.
