Christina Fuhrmann I have had mixed experiences so far. I had to call both the dealership and them a few times just to be able to start payments on my car. Good thing I did, because the payment was due in a matter of days by the time I figured out how to get into my account. Had I waited for them to contact me, I would have been late on my payment.
