2 /5 kel Vin: I can only speak for their tax preparation service. My tax preparer is Dennis. He is nice and personable. I have used Innovative for 4 years now based off of a referral from a coworker. While they do their due diligence for tax preparation, be ready to pay for it. My fee has increased every year I have used them and enough is enough. I will go elsewhere where clientele loyalty is valued. They even have a 3 percent fee to use a credit card. Way too expensive for what it is.
Meanwhile, someone I referred has gotten a discount 2 years in a row. They have no incentive for existing customers other than to pass their software expenses onto them.
