Shanna Bryant This bank has TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve contacted this bank over 20 times within 2 months in an attempt to get a Lien released. Only to get transferred in literal circles. Unfortunately my loan was transferred to this bank. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do any type of business with this bank. They’re definitely not in compliance. The reps and mangers are not properly trained. They took my money and never release my lien to obtain the title to my vehicle.

Janine K I had an appointment with Luna and she was wonderful with assisting me in setting up a business account with them. She wished me many blessings for my LLC and if I needed anything, to stop back in and talk to her. Both Nicole and another teller acknowledged me when I came in and thanked me for my patience. I only had to wait 5 minutes for Luna to finish up with an elderly customer, which I don’t mind. Be advised that this branch is extremely busy and there are only 4 employees! From the 48 minutes I was there, around 26 customers came inside. Be patient with them.

Harb To see our Ukrainian flag will make you feel safe and confident and like if you are home again. people are here super nice and friendly. you will get answers to all your questions, and they will not even hesitate to provide all the asset that you really need. i highly recommend paying a visit to get answers and also to get a lot of services like banking, tailoring, travel ticketing, insurance services, and free services for incoming Ukrainian. Great job, ladies & and gentlemen. Big Applause.
