1 /5 Tyler Knight: Received the notice that my CD was due for renewal after the 10 day grace period had already ended, refused to wave the fee for withdrawing the money that I needed.

1 /5 S M: Used my ATM card, received a receipt for $60. Received no cash. Bank manager Anne Filling stated, "we dont balance our machine until to.orrow.". Im not from this area!Super Bad experience . Thumbs WAY down

5 /5 Christopher Dzialo: My account opening was very simple and quick. Bank branch manager answered important questions in appropriate product selection; deposit taking was quick, and a copy of my banking application received. It was local to my parents residence which makes it easy to visit this branch. I never banked with First State despite close location a few blocks down to my former residence In Macomb in 2008. Look forward banking with First State. I have a banking goal to understand account balances; the idea and value of budget, and work towards my first unsecured credit product. Im not sure how First State differs from a credit union but Im happy I became a hometown customer!
