We found it refreshing when Steve did NOT talk down to us and explained fund options in easy to understand terminology and he made us feel comfortable. Anytime we call either he answers the phone or one of his assistance does. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If Steve is unavailable at that time, he always responds quickly. The cost of having an Edward Jones account is comparable to other big branch financial advisors. I hope this review has given you some information about the Edward Jones branch in Farmington.
