Jim Linville I have had multiple great experiences with Crystal at the Sterling Heights branch. Super easy to work with and attentive. Also have had multiple interactions in the branch and all of the staff is frendly and helpful.

Baron Kenneth (Kenny B) I have steller credit and perfect payment history. I found a nice used car for my wife they bumped the rate 2% because apparently its over its worth. Even tho its the lowest miles at that price within 750 miles. Place is an absolute joke!!!! CU1 in Detroit got it handled for me tho. Been a member for awhile I will be canceling my account because of this

The rest of the folks there were super friendly also!! My only complaint is the lack of a branch anywhere downriver / closer to me.
