Sana Reesee I was having a hard time finding the perfect car to fit my needs and my budget. I have gone to multiple dealerships and no one could help me, they didn’t even take the time to try. When I stepped into platinum auto sales, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a dealership. The man who helped me I believe was the sales manager, his name is Yusef. Terry Bailey I went over my limit for the 2024 and just wanted to take the extra money and open a new account so that I wouldnt penalized by the IRS witch Im aloud to do. But trying to get someone to help you is like pulling teeth. They keep transferring you from one person to the next until you get fed up enough to hang up. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!

cindy Awesome is the 1st word to come to mind. From there I would say professional, many years of experience, and knowledgeable in the world of finance. In the past I have invested my money into different financial companies. After the initial investment I never heard from them again. Until of-course I transferred my money to Compass Financial. Only then after 30 plus years of investing they were calling me in an attempt to keep my investment. Since Ive gone with Compass Financial Ive heard from them at Christmas, received pies for Thanksgiving and received candy for retirement. Once youve invested with them They will most definitely invest in you! Most importantly Matt explains everything in such a way that you will understand what is happening with your investment! He is prompt to answer any questions you may have. One thing that I found very impressive is there was no pressure put on us to invest w him. We went to one of his seminars (delicious meal). He said right up front "my plan may or may not work for you" "let me see what you have and Ill let you know what I can do for you" final decision was ours...no pressure. Highly recommend!

Zaenger Doyle This "Playhouse" location is great. Jim helped my partner and me open a joint account, and helped us make sure we are getting the most out of our money based on our needs. They have great artwork and some games to distract anybody who has to wait while you do your banking. Ive been with CFCU for as long as I can remember, and they have always been great to me - good loans rates and leniency when I couldnt afford payments.

Sydney Moorthy I had an amazing experience with Preet at Liberty Tax! I was able to get an appointment the very next day after I called, and she had my taxes done in less than an hour. Preet was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She took the time to ask the right questions and helped me find deductions I didn’t even know I qualified for, which ended up saving me a lot on my taxes. I felt totally at ease working with her, and I’ll definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend!
