I was audited by the IRS two years strait because I failed to report some financial figures from Edward Jones. I was very confused and stressed out about the whole mishap, but when I went to Edward Jones to sort it all out I was greeted with a smile by the friendly and knowledgeable secretary and was given each and every file needed to sort out the whole snafu. Several separate times I needed access to my finances for emergencies, trips, and school and every time I requested the money it was sent either that day or the next day quickly and promptly no nonsense. Its a very small staff there, two people, but apparently that is all you need to make a very satisfied customer. I have since moved to another state and even with no funds in my account Dan helped me out by sending my tax guy all the proper forms to avoid an audit again. Thanks for everything! Ill miss being a customer here.
