She far exceeded my expectations on how to handle these unauthorized withdrawals. I went in very frustrated from dealing with this company and left very happy after she helped me with everything and i didnt have to do as much to stop them from doing this as i thought. I do my small business banking with this branch, and i have never had any problems with them, and at times i have even been surprised at how much they actually could do for me. Banking can at times be frustrating, and this is the place to go to keep that at a minimum. Thank you Dawn and everyone at the branch.
