2 /5 Sara Kroll: I walked up to the front door at 4:59pm for a very quick deposit and the doors were already locked. The employee was literally right behind the glass doors looking at me with her hands up as if she couldn’t bother to let me in or even ask if I had a quick transaction or not. Customer service is always #1 in my book and this was disappointing from my neighborhood DFCU. Sorry people work til 5pm and have to try to rush in.

5 /5 Janet Marie: If you are looking for an excellent mortgage loan officer speak to Denise Staffeld at DFCU Financial. In Plymouth, Michigan. She has helped process two mortgage applications for me. She was exceptional. In a very short amount of time she explained the procedures necessary for approval. She identified the paperwork needed to verify my current investment balances and annual income, etc. She kept me informed as to the status of my application and always promptly responded to my phone and email inquiries. Further, she continued to contact my real estate agent to make certain there were no delays by her in expediting the necessary paperwork. It is obvious she is very knowledgeable and competent in the performance of her duties as a loan officer. DFCU is fortunate to have her as an employee. I have dealt with other Financial Institutions and was disappointed with the handling of my mortgage applications.
