1 /5 James Wright: These scammers dont even deserve their less than 2 star rating. I would give them a 0 star if I could. They are just like these sleazy auto warranty companies who have all these disclaimers of why they dont have to honor a claim. I will contact Sams Club to let them know with who they have partnered. I will also file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Consumer Fraud division as well as the BBB BEWARE of these shylarks!

1 /5 Walter newton: Was signed up for this plan when I got a loan through 1 main financial, I have submitted several claims in which one was denied as it fell under their no benefit clause which is fine but then filed 2 claims a year apart for emergency road side assistance and neither claim was paid and my last was only acknowledged they received it. If a loan company says you have it chances are u paid for it somewhere and refuse it. Of course the loan company I went through are pirates so I should have known.

1 /5 Karen: The car dealer scammed my father into buying this additional insurance policy to pay his deductible should he have a claim. Once it came time to submit the claim they required 6 documents and then requested further documents after that. In the end they rejected the claim saying the repair needed to be done by the dealer which was not on the insurance policy nor did they explain that when I called to inquire about the claim. These are the kinds of agencies that wear you down until you give up. FRAUDULENT!

1 /5 Raina Randall: I am giving this one star only because I have to. Making a claim to be reimbursed for a auto deductible has proven impossible. This company is asking for information that I cannot provide and therefore not reimbusing me even though I have proved what my deductible is, and that the deductible has been satisfied. I have been on hold with my insurance company to get this company information they need several times, only to be told what I am asking for does not exist. My claim has been in the process for months with no solution. Very frustrated and wish I would have never paid for this plan. Huge thumbs down.
