2 /5 Hill City: I have been banking with Cornerstone Community Credit Union, specifically at the Troy location, and unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. The team members I have interacted with, including Amy, Brad, and Alex, have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and competence in handling my concerns. However, I have had the opportunity to work with Jonathan and Issa, both of whom provided exceptional service with respect and a clear understanding of my needs. Their assistance was much appreciated, and I hope the credit union considers improving the overall performance and professionalism of the team at the Troy branch.
