2 /5 Hill City: I have been banking with Cornerstone Community Credit Union, specifically at the Troy location, and unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. The team members I have interacted with, including Amy, Brad, and Alex, have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and competence in handling my concerns. However, I have had the opportunity to work with Jonathan and Issa, both of whom provided exceptional service with respect and a clear understanding of my needs. Their assistance was much appreciated, and I hope the credit union considers improving the overall performance and professionalism of the team at the Troy branch.

THAT ARE OUT OF ORDER WHEN YOU VISIT TO GIVE YOU THE LATEST 90s TECHNOLOGY VIBE! maybe they can send out a notice on the AM radio to let everyone know next time, but thats probably still too much technology so maybe just send a letter in the mail.
