5 /5 Geo Marvaso: If you go the location in Canton. Ask for Mike. When they called my credit poor, he got me approved for a car loan for 7500. That helped my credit score go up like 70 points after my first 2 payments. 6 months later my credit score was still poor, close to fair. He got me a 2,000 credit card. And now today he just got me approved for a 2,000 dollar raise on my credit card to 4,000. Although Ive done a great job on my payments, I doubted Everytime that I tried doing something. 1 /5 Lisa W: I have been a member for 20+ years and have gotten/paid off an auto loan with them. Recently I discovered I was charged a “maintenance fee” on my account, which has never happened in the entire history of having my account. When I contacted customer service (Jade), she said it was cause I have “basic checking” instead of “premier checking” (makes no sense because it sounds like premier should have the fee). Regardless, I switched and was told to docusign the change. I received maybe 10-15 requests to sign, all of which said to enter an “access code”. When I pushed the button to notify the sender that I didn’t have this code, her response was to continue sending me the request to sign. I finally had to reach out to request it and she told me to use the last four digits of SSN, as if I should have known this without her telling me. Hidden fees, and poor customer service are two reasons I will be closing my account.

5 /5 Paul Ellinger: We have had nothing but great experiences here over the years with both Larry and Scott and yesterday afternoon was now exception to the service we always receive at the branch. Good rates on virtually everything. During our last car purchase the car dealership, thought the rate was a misprint and had to call the branch to confirm. We dont even shop anymore.
