1 /5 Zach Steele: I have been a customer of community choice for several years. From a bank account to several loans of all kinds. Always had great expirences when going in and dealing with them in person. But their customer service team is terrible. On several occasions they’ve been rude, lazy and just simply terrible. Really ruins all the hard work the kind people in office have done to earn my business. Will not be using them or referring them EVER again. Do better.

Community Choice has gone above and beyond any time I have asked for something. Couldn’t be happier to have a credit union like this!! It’s help me so much with things I didn’t even realize I should know!!
