Best Financial Credit Union - Muskegon (MI)

Denise Davis Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!

Joe Ellis I went to the Cash Connection at 9 Mile and Van Dyke in Warren, as I had a paper check that I couldnt do anything with. Jill and Patrick were extremely helpful and although I had to wait 10 days to receive my cash, it was worth the wait. Definitely recommend!
