5 /5 Haifa Nagi: Just left, had the best experience. Timothy is amazing, took care of me and pretty much cleared out the lobby of people waiting. I was impressed.

1 /5 FRILL: This place used to be awesome, but Now with associates I dont recognize it definitely is Not. I Went in to clear up a simple transaction error. Didnt have an appointment, but neither did anyone Else. An associate then proceeds to have Me open up the bank app on my phone right in the lobby in front of everybody around us making it everyone elses business. I couldnt believe it. What happened to "Please step into my office and lets take care of this" (Like before with the other associates). Nope, nothing like that. Totally unprofessional. Ive been with this bank for 26 years. Good Job, Ill be leaving now Thank You.

This bank is getting worse every day and especially this branch because there is a brunette woman who behaves as if I were asking her to lend me money. They should hire people who really like their job.
