I needed to open 2 accounts, a personal one and one for my late fathers estate of which I am the administrator. Ms. Shemeka Randolph took care of all of my issues quickly and professionally. She explained the process and she even checked my credit score and offered to connect me with the mortgage representative who could give me advice on what to do to improve my score and meet my financial goals for the future. Terry Bailey I went over my limit for the 2024 and just wanted to take the extra money and open a new account so that I wouldnt penalized by the IRS witch Im aloud to do. But trying to get someone to help you is like pulling teeth. They keep transferring you from one person to the next until you get fed up enough to hang up. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!
