I have been consistently amazed, humbled, and greatly served by their compassionate, highly professional staff, and exceptional services, rendered thus far. I will continue to seek their "valued services" which I have come to depend on, and am assured of, based on my experiences, that my taxes will be prepared, accurately, and in a timely manner by tax preparation specialists who provide an "invaluable" service to our community. 1 /5 Misseey2u 2u: Customer service is horrible they only answer the phone when appointments are no longer available just to tell yiu to call back in the morning and they still wont answer you basically have to go online to schedule an appointment I had an appointment but missed it because they gave unclear direction regarding location I picked a location but was given a different location instead but since no one available to ask about location of service I missed my appointment. Then has to wait an additional 2 weeks to have to go back online to make another appointment so sad that its no Customer service when needed.

5 /5 detroitskate1: I cant remember how many years the Accounting Aid Society has been helping me with my taxes, but I want to take this time to officially say thank you for each year they have assisted me. I especially want to thank Nathan Bardage. He assisted me on 2/25/21 and was so very patient and helpful. Due to COVID I chose to file my taxes using AASs VITA ACE program which allows you to file taxes virtually. I started to have technical issues and began to freak out and although I was able to successfully get everything sent, Nathans calm helpful demeanor saved me from going completely off the edge due to the issues I was having. Often we as a society are quick to send a message of complaint, but slow to send one when someone is helpful to us. Nathan Bardage was AWESOME today and I felt it needed to be shared.

Dae’Lon Simmond helped me with many tax years that I had skipped filing for and this year 2024. . . I can’t say enough about his knowledge and his ability to be courteous in the face of my financial illiteracy . . Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

1 /5 Kelli Phillips: I had a horrible experience. The tax preparer asked no questions, she just typed. Did not ask about home heating credit or any other credits. This is the lowest amount in my refund I have ever received, I dont think she knew what she was doing.
