1 /5 Jesse Rotureaux: Wells Fargo is an absolute joke!!!!! They’re out to take your money!!!!! Customer service is absolutely horrible!!! If I ever see anything that is involved in Wells Fargo, I will go the other way and I will not recommend them to anybody!!!!!!!!

2 /5 Madara Greķe: Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. Recently I opened a savings account and it is not even connected to my checkings account. I called several times. I want to close the account, they wont let me. Promises, promises.. I am waiting for some form to arrive, its been "sent out" 3 times already during 6 week period. I have my address on both accounts, I give it to them every time I call, still nothing. They simply dont care. Maybe if you have millions in your account. Otherwise they kust want you to keep the account so they statistics looks good on the paper.

1 /5 Jill Daniels: So Im having to hunt down an old 401k plan that was started under an old job. Was trying to get information on when account was transferred out and the most rude lil dude Ive ever spoke to told me to just call another company. Hes lucky I dont remember his name or id file a report on him. Absolute worst customer service i have ever encountered and as being a bartender and knowing how important customer service is to a company I hope wells Fargo finds this boy and fires him because he has completely disgraced their companys name with his attitude
