2 /5 Josh Miller: Employee asked for my email password, repeatedly, not the banking password (which you wouldnt give them either) my email password, insisted on having this. I gave her the wrong password knowing there was no legitimate need for her to have my email password. Charged fees for switching addresses on "dormant accounts" I never needed (savings tied to every product that charges little fees for all sorts of things). This would seem to disproportionately affect low income individuals who are the most likely to not deposit funds into a savings account and have a consistent address. Few locations and ATMs and overall not a competitive institution.

1 /5 Tyler Lee: This bank is a joke. The last time I go to withdraw money, the atm wants to reboot mid transaction and it takes me a week and a half to get my money. I try to deposit $1500 and it rejects the deposit.

1 /5 Janeice Karanja: I recently opened an account at the Port Allen branch and the young lady that helped me was very friendly but, the teller next to her I overheard her talking to a young man trying to open an account and she was being pretty rude. The place is so small that you can hear personal business being discussed. I dont know if he eventually got to open his account or not but, I felt really bad at the way he was being handled. The way the lady spoke to him was as if she didnt want his business. He also stepped outside to retrieve something from his car and I could hear the teller on the phone talking about him in a unflattering way. All he was attempting to do was open an account. I wasnt asked so many questions. I just opened my account but, Im contemplating whether to keep it at Neighbors or not.
