Although I begrudgingly wanted physical therapy, Alex ensured I made scheduled appointments, facilitated treatment from medical specialist, and did periodic follow-ups on my progress. I can honestly say if it wasnt for Alex that Id have forgo treatment. Alex was great explaining the line items for the expenses, payouts, and final settlement. So, I was able to easily understand the process. The circumstances of meeting them was not optimum, and Im glad they were able to make this less stressful.
