kiki b I had got served papers from my mortgage company by the sheriff department on Friday. This packet of paper work stated that I had to be present in court in June. After calling my mortgage company and calling the lawyers who sent the paperwork I still had no resolutions as to why I was being summoned to court. The nice person that answered the phone quickly got me connected to Michelle cook who patiently listened to my story and was able to give me feedback and options of the next steps I needed to take. She took the confusion out of the legal jargon and paperwork. She explained everything in simple terms so that I new what to do next. She was professional and courteous.
