1 /5 Kuoc Mathiang: I’ve completed the online contact request form and followed up with three phone calls over the past three weeks. Each time, I was told the CPAs weren’t available and that someone would return my call. Despite providing my contact information on all three occasions, I haven’t received any response. It’s disappointing, especially considering the strong recommendation I received from a colleague. I had high expectations, but I’m now left wondering if the firm is interested in new business or having me as costumer.
