1 /5 Nora Lamprise: They apparently dont answer emails. Not sure why. It would be nice to receive an answer. Dont hear well on phone so I have been texting them. Hopefully Ill get a reply soon so I can pay them.

1 /5 Rebecca Meaux: I took out a loan in2022 and ended up going to jail like 3 months later. When I got out in 2024 and started bk working they started garnishing my wages. The court date was while I was n jail. When I called to ask if they could reduce the garnishment a little she lied and said there was nothing that could be done. I know she lied because the marshals told me she was the only one who could reduce it..... the loan was for 1000 she is making me pay back 3... Ive heard from several others that she is a crook! Very rude hung up in my face after she lied to me

2 /5 Laikyn Dubard: Some are nice but they always sound like theyre trying to hurry up and get off the phone with you like youre inconveniencing them. Kind of annoying except Mrs. Connie. Shes always super nice. They also are not very up front about the interest,etc.. have to keep asking questions to find out what youre getting yourself into and the lady who talked to me about that sounded like she was trying to hurry up and get off the phone. Once I tried paying with a credit card and a lady said that theyre unable to take that which I didnt realize and was about to tell her okay Ill have to call back but she immediately hung up. Its just like the customers are an inconvenience to them. Thankfully Ill have means to pay them back even though its a very large interest rate.

1 /5 Joe W: The company was very polite and respectful in the beginning. Then I ran into a bit of bad luck and was put in a financial bind. I ended up getting kick out of my house because I threaten to report the landlord because he wouldnt do any repairs that he is responsible for handling. So I became homeless and I informed everyone of the situation. This company started the process of garnishing my wages and because I didnt live at my moms anymore I never received a notice until it was too late. When I called up there to get them to work with my because Ive been homeless and not being able to afford groceries or anything the lady told me it wasnt her problem and giggled then proceeded to hang up on me. Every time I can this company they always have an attitude and are very disrespectful.

4 /5 LexiaFira: Usually very understanding as long as you keep in communication with them. We were late a few payments but were always up front about it. Friendly and understanding staff.
