1 /5 Jenny Hood: They advertise help for low income Entergy assistance. However they dont answer the phone. I call and call and call. Very disappointed with this government agency!!!!

1 /5 Larry Kindrix: Who does this organization answer to? I called for help (received shut off notice). I will send them my shut off notice to their address. I was told I had not received one. I had to borrow money to pay my bill. Thank you very much Union Community Action for nothing. I guess you just draw a paycheck for doing nothing or only help your special ones

5 /5 Michelle: Im not understanding these negative reviews, because these people have been very nice to me, treated me with respect I couldnt ask for anyone to be any nicer than than these people. They have helped me more than once.They have been a blessing to me & Im very grateful I give thanks to each one of them, these are not rude people these reviews isnt what I experienced These people were good to me
