1 /5 Lynn Mouton: I have been with this bank for MANY years, since long before it was even Hancock. Ive never had complaints and have always received prompt and courteous service but in the last 6 or so months that has changed. I am most often a drive thru customer cause it was always quick and easy....but not any more!! Always a minimum of 10 minutes in line even if theres only 2 cars. Today, with 10 cars in line and it being the weekend before Christmas, I waited 10 minutes and only 1 car moved....totally unacceptable!!! Cars were lined up blocking entrances to adjacent parking lots and walk in customer parking lots were full as well. Please address this issue!!
