1 /5 Tanya Grant: Tower Loans provides the worst customer experience I have had in many years. They do not provide online services of any kind so being able to see your balance quickly is impossible. Additionally, they do not provide paper statements or receipts of payment, so there is no way to keep account of payments other than calling in and having a representative tell you your balance. This makes it difficult for a customer who works during business hours out of town to obtain any information about their account. The response to help obtain information was less than acceptable. I was told that they aren’t required to send receipts and thus they won’t. Due to the lack of technology and customer service, I will never do business with Tower Loans again.
