We had insurance to cover our collateral, so we thought. To our surprise, we paid the borrowed amount and we are still getting told we owe. Owe for what? We paid it off within a month why would we still need to pay on insurance if we paid the balance we principal borrowed. And talking to the office manager won’t help answer those questions , just tells you it’s in the contact. Well in the contract it says that you all don’t have prepayment penalties.
