Mandi Scelfo Lisa C. is wonderful! She has been working with my family over the last 6 years (may be even longer) on a very large bill. Lisa is very understanding and compassionate when difficult situations arise. We are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We will continue to work with her as much as we can.
