Kayla Nash My preappointment confirmation call, she didnt know the address to give me, as Id never been before and didnt know the location. One thing after another, trying to find the place, I ended up a few minutes late to my appointment time, along with my daughter for hers. This was no problem for them at all. We still got called to the back and to the practitioner quickly. Ms.Nicole was very informative, open with us, quick to add my son in as a new patient for our next visit without a referral. She listened to our concerns, our issues, gave us referrals for counseling, and a backup option in case we didnt like the first. She was polite with incredible warmth. Between the 3 of us in her office, we laid a lot on her in a matter of minutes and she managed it all smoothly and quickly, keeping up with everything we said and didnt verbally relay. She managed to make us all feel seen and heard at the same time. I feel that we may actually have a much better experience from now on with our mental health team.

Melanie Goff I used to think NFCU was the best, recently they have proved that wrong. I’ve been a member for 34 years and had a checking account that was open with them even longer. The account was recently charged off. I had no access to online banking. I was never notified that there was a negative balance on the account. They have multiple email, phone numbers, and addresses on file. They did not reach out to me once about the negative balance on my account, they just charged it off to a creditor instead. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone, Lanita, who was very rude. It’s sad - NFCU values state they put their members first, and that they strive to do what’s right, that they serve with compassion. From my recent experiences, I can personally say that NFCU does not live up to its core values like they did in the past.
