Saiyan Spirit Worst insurance company ever, I would never recommend this insurance company to no one, especially the one in Crowley Louisiana. All they do is lie they can never give you a straight answer with anything, they don’t tell you the reason why your insurance go up. They try to to feed you some crap of if you get life insurance it will drop it, yea let me tell you 12 dollars decrease is a lot, the amount you pay for life insurance sums up to the amount that you will save.You then try to cancel your insurance with them,they give you so much crap it’s not even funny. You can’t cancel your life insurance policy without the manager being there, mind you he always there, according to the associates working but never returns your calls. Great management work there, taking care of your customers. Guys please do not go with this insurance company they are a Scam and they don’t care as long as you are giving your money to them.

Hukel Thomas (Tommy Llama) The people here are amazing, especially Ruth Thompson! Ive had a very bad year but still understand the protection my family enjoy from life insurance. When I started falling behind, Ruth and the rest of their team worked with me on my payments to keep my family and myself protected. Ruth calls me anytime she notices any of my policies are close to collapsing to give me a chance to make some kind of arrangement! One day my finances will be right again and all of my life insurance policies will go through them even if theyre a little higher because of the personal services they provide me!

R B they increased my insurance rate by $200 after I made my first payment. nothing changed about my driving record or credit or anything that could possibly cause the increase. i told the agent that sold me the policy about this and she promised that after i resent proof of prior insurance that it would be resolved and my insurance rates would go back to normal. of course, not even a week later, my insurance rates are back up to the increased amount. i sent them my proof of prior insurance once again and emailed the agent and the customer care email. lets see if they drop down again. doubt they will. i will probably end up cancelling due to these shady business practices.

Beachuntha Floyd I hate the day I joined this insurance company. I live in the Hammond area. I called in my payments trying to be nice because I know they are shorthanded. However, you can never get in touch with them because they dont answer the phone. The only call you before the next month to close their books out. Im about to find me a new insurance company to join.
