Margarita Tijerino Randy Mason is the man!! I loved working with him, he was very patient and took time to explained every step of the process ( I had a lot of questions ). I had a somewhat unique situation and he was able to navigate me thru it with such ease. The communication was spot on - he was on top of every call / email / text that I sent. Michael Dobbins The Minden branch at Barksdale Federal Credit Union is my favorite branch with a credit Union I have been a member with for years! Shunda, Ava, and Racheal all great you by name as you walk in the door. Rashida Myles goes above and beyond for any and all of your loan needs, and if by any slim chance anything doesn’t go right (which rarely ever happens), Tiffany is the manager you want to have. She runs a tight clean ship and her seasonal decorations are top notch. Makes you feel at home. I will continue to be a member here for the prolonged future with the hospitality this branch provides!
