I didn’t have to talk to a middle man and he actually showed concern about what was going on. I never had to leave a message and wait until Monday to get a call back. He would communicate even on weekends when needed. Everyone we had to talk to was very nice and they sent us to the best doctors and made sure we were happy with the doctor visits. Anything extra they could do for us they did. They would call after doctors appointments and make sure we understood and didn’t have any questions or if we needed anything else.
