Kelley Taylor I an very disappointed in the professionalism or lack there of from the financial institution. In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.

Im always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm from them to get whatever I need done. They make me feel like Im more than just a "number" its more of a relational/personal interaction with the ladies.
