Republic Finance - Brusly (LA)

Theresa Manuel Usually Stines is on the ball. This year however, I find them very unorganized. Scheduled an appointment o ly to call back 20 minutes later to reschedule. I show up for appointment & receptionist is the only one in. Rescheduled again. Finally dropped off paperwork & was.told 1 week & 3 weeks later I have to call to see whats going on. Show up for appointment to pick them up & receptionist had to look for them for about 5 minutes. Not happy this year, 1st time in about 10 years.

Laurie Peltier Special shout out to Trent at Port Allen location. Called and spoke with Trent this AM with a refund issue. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem without me asking him to do so. It sure feels nice to have someone doing their job to the fullest. I hope B1 appreciates you Trent as much as I do. Thanks again ...make sure this review gets to Glen Daigle..

Sonya Ayeee I give the staff at Tower Loan 5 stars, 10 stars if I could because they are that great! My experience went smoothly and Ms. Tammy was very nice and professional. I was in and out in no time. She took care of my needs and advised me of other ways to make my financial situation less stressful. The whole staff at the Monroe location are always friendly, especially the young lady at the front desk, Ms. Odie! I refer all my family and friends to Tower Loan.
