3 /5 David Flack: After my father had an account here for several decades, I had an account for about 6 years , managed by Guy Brenner. The same manager who oversaw my fathers account. This year, without so much as an email or phone call, my account was put under another younger broker rep, whom I didnt care for and voiced that opinion to Guys office. After receiving an email from his secretary, saying he would call, I got no further communication. Even after more requests by me to his office, I got nothing. I have since transferred my account to another office. If you have million dollar accounts, this is your man. If youre the little guy, look elsewhere. No client loyalty.
