5 /5 Frances Horne: We have used Regions Bank for many years and have always had good service. The last 4 years we have used the Oak Grove branch and I can honestly say that they are the best. Such a down home feeling upon entering their doors and they always have time to answer questions or any problem you might have. Thanks for all you do.
1 /5 Leslie Taylor: Absolutely worst branch I have ever done business with the manager is sweet and caring but some of the other staff is incompetent and rude. When you call them out on it they want to argue instead of learning from their mistakes And the poor manager just makes excuses for them I mean really many times can you make the same mistake before you get the hint ! This makes 5 times just for me and my family I wonder how many others they have done this too ?

1 /5 Dwight Harris: Branch employees are great. If you need to speak to a person, call another bank. You’re on eternal hold shuffled around with the automation and then disconnected after a 15 minute hold time. I was a corporate banker for 20 years and just being real, Regions needs a better system.

Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!!
Y’all stay clear of this place!
