Called them and was blown away on how easy the process was. Total of maybe two phone calls and a couple of emails and the deal was done. Highly recommend. Plus when the interest rates drop they will reprice the loan so you don’t have to refinance. Pay $200 and they give you the lower interest rates the loan term stays the same.

Filling out the forms and other paperwork was almost all done electronically via email or website, so we could do it when convenient after work or weekends. Jennifer wasnt afraid to give her honest opinions. I couldnt ask for a better home mortgage loan experience. Very highly recommended.
