1 /5 Nikita Williams: The teller are amazing but if you can stay away from one person shes very rude and unprofessional. She said have been there for 12 yrs and, I truly think she tired of her job because she talk to people like they are kids and i was not having it not one time was i rude too her im very pissed about it and i have been thinking about changing credit unions after this .. sad to say some one,let her stay in they business for 12 yrs with that attitude towards they customers/members

1 /5 E A: Put overdraft protection on my account when I did not agree to it when opening the account. Then "sent me the wrong form" to correct the issue. The was with the help of the manager, Amanda

3 /5 Ginger Fabre: Neither atmosphere would let you finish cash deposite last night sept.06,2024 after it took cash and counted it, the check deposite stated dinging and flashing "you can deposite up to 20? Checks" and would not stop with the dinging ding ding ding ding IT WOULD NOT LET YOU DO ANYTHING except cancel gives ya money back n tried 2 more times on the inside one backed up pulled up to the outside one and WHAT DOES IT DO? The EXACT SAME THING. WTH

1 /5 LunaSun Star35: Banking with Lfcu has been very trying. I have had problems with them for awhile now. They put a hold on 700 dollars in my account to cover a check I deposited. When the check cleared my funds still werent released back to me until I called the credit union. Im wondering if I hadnt checked my account and called...would they have given me my money back or were they hoping I wouldnt check it?

5 /5 Chloe: Super nice employees and clean lobby. Can be a little slow at times but there are usually only 2 tellers available at most.
