1 /5 Patrice Thomas: The reason I give 1 star is because how you approve someone for a loan and run their credit getting their info and stuff and then because the collateral that you want isnt the value that you say they need for the loan isnt enough, but you dont try to offer another option or maybe even a lower amount for the value isnt good business so you deny the approval that was approved...so I hope after this, dont send no spam junk mail to my address saying we can get this and that cause we dont want or need it thank you

1 /5 Andrew Humble: I have never posted a late payment since I been with them July of last year. Youd think they care since they took out nearly 200 dollars more than the automatic monthly payment. They dont. Its been two weeks and no refund back into my debit account. All they needed was proof of insurance. No courtesy call. Just a letter in the mail that I never received about the extra payment. "Oh we dont make courtesy calls on that we just send out letters." Oh, I guess anytime you want more business youll make a call. Not when its needed to properly communicate with the customer only for more business. I get it. Never again.
