But from the very first call to Hannah we knew we had an insurance company that would treat us like real people and not just a policy number. And that wonderful service has continued to this day. In an automated culture where customer service is only an ad gimmick, it is sooo refreshing to talk to a person who genuinely wants to help us. Kristi Span-Peters was able to get rolling with the lowest insurance rate I’ve ever had.. within a day thanks to Chelsea. pretty much everything was handled over email, with quick responses and I wasn’t pushed to make a phone call (a plus for an introvert). she was super kind and helpful, which was most impactful for me.
